• Because Hello, Sugar is a small, home-based business, I request at least 5 days notice for all orders. I understand, however, that life happens and things come up last minute, so I can usually work with you on this!

• For orders over $100, a 50% deposit is required at the time order is placed with balance due upon delivery. If you cancel within 48 hours of delivery, you forfeit your deposit.

• I will make every attempt to accommodate any change requests, but changes within 48 hours of delivery cannot be guaranteed.
